Public Liability & Product Liability

In brief terms, Public Liability Insurance indemnifies the insured person(s) against their legal liability for bodily injury to a third party or damage to a third party's property caused by a negligent act arising out of the insured's activities as described in the policy schedule.

With regard to Products Liability, the same principal applies, indemnity is provided in respect of third party bodily injury or property damage arising out of the sale of any products allowed within the business description on the policy schedule.

Please note that the limit of indemnity for Public Liability is any one occurrence, but for Products Liability the limit of indemnity is in the aggregate.
